A congressional panel and law firm that investigated performance-enhancing drugs in baseball have agreed to respond to subpoenas issued by Roger Clemens in the next three weeks. The former star pitcher served subpoenas two weeks ago on George Mitchell's former law firm, which investigated the issue for Major League Baseball and on a House committee that held subsequent hearings.
