Today marked the end of the Mets season and the end of Shea Stadium.  I cried like a baby when Scott Schoeneweis gave up the homer to Wes Helms, but I cried even more when I watched the closing ceremoies of Shea Stadium.  I need some time to collect my thoughts and I will compose a season’s end blog.  As for now, it will be a long off season.  All I can say is, I will not be pulling for the Phillies.
